11.00am - 3.00 pm on a Wednesday all year round. Activities include ARTS AND CRAFTS, BAKING, BOARD GAMES AND JIGSAWS, AS WELL AS GARDENING IN OUR PURPOSE BUILT GARDEN (weather permitting). Plus seated exercise, sing-along and dance!
