Walk a Marathon in a Month - 2026

Dementia touches so many of our lives, randomly targeting both young and old. Dementia Active Charity offer daily activity groups for people living with dementia in our local community. 

Working with a team of volunteers these fun sessions include topical discussions, gentle exercise, arts, crafts, singing and table games as well as providing a hot lunch and refreshments. 

This worthwhile cause needs funds to allow the centre to offer help to more people living with dementia and as a result, provide valuable respite for their carer.
