Cancellation Policy

Please try to give as much notice of 'non attendance' or planned absence as is possible in order to help us with planning etc.

We will continue to collect your donation whilst you are a member, even when you can't attend.

The suggested donation is calculated over 52 weeks and is based on the charity's running costs.

You can cancel your membership/regular place at any time.  You can amend your direct debit donation payment amount whilst you are a member or after your membership has ceased by contacting Dementia Active. 

If you choose to stop making your donation to Dementia Active, you must cancel your direct debit with your bank, as we won't do this. (If your membership is still active, you still need to make food payments).

If you feel your food payment has been collected in error after your membership has been cancelled please complete the online form here. 

These measures are to ensure Dementia Active remains viable for future members and to deliver the same experiences as current members receive at present.
